He was just a little boy, skinny with sun-tanned skin, but surely he had a brilliant mind. Super brilliant actually. He could memorize lots of things.
He found out him self as a boy who can memorize things when he could memorize all of his toys, how many soldiers in the army set, the tanks, the gunships, the cars. Their color, their serial numbers. When the trading card season came, he didn’t even have to read twice for knowing about the instructions, their characters, their powers and he didn’t satisfy with one series only.
Memorizing all the names of the students, teachers, and even the administrators and cleaning staffs at school were just fun activities for him. One day he decided to take a greater challenge, he took the phone books, yellow pages and he mastered them all. He knew everybody’s phone numbers, their address, which store is the best to buy something in particular.
When he was a teenager growing up, he decided to start with biology. He wanted to memorize all the species on earth, extinct or not. All the animals, plants and human. He memorized all about human body parts, the body system, all the diseases ever exist in the world, all the medicines men ever created.
National Library was his second home. His reading skills were very outstanding. He read all subjects, and he memorized them all. Arts, Literature, science, biography, history, religions, fictions, novels. You name it or just tell him the serial number, and he would show you the place where the book at, the reason why you should or shouldn’t read that book, even he could tell you what year it was published, or on what page you should open to find certain words or phrases.
With his summa cumlaude graduate, he decided to accept a job offer at foreign affair department in government because he wanted to know more things outside his country. Now He learned about languages, cultures. Soon enough he can speak to anyone with any kind of languages around the world.
Tired of traveling, he spent more time in front of his computer. The internet helped him to see and learn a lot more things. Though He also found many bad things he didn’t like appear freely on the internet, he was excited to memorize all the good sites, what’s in it, search engines are his co-workers when he played against the time because internet grows rapidly. He kept typing and typing and typing and typing…
“wake up… son… wake up”…. huh? a dream… it’s only a dream… what a strange dream… He thinks. “I am up, Dad” said the boy Jesus finally.
Hmmm… It’s just an imaginative story that came up in my mind. It reminds me that Jesus knows everything, the past the present and the future. He even knows how much hairs grow on your head and how much hairs fall every morning when you wake up.
